Airlines Pet Policy - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between you ("You" or "User") and Airlines Pet Policy.com ("Airlines Pet Policy," "We," or "Us"), and govern your use and access to Airlines Pet Policy.com, and any other websites, mobile and other applications, or services that link to these Terms (each a "Site"), as well as the information, features, content, and services that We own, control, or make available through the Site.
Our Service Commitment:
Initial inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages will be responded to within two business days by Airlines Pet Policy. Airlines Pet Policy can give You with a free written estimate within 2 business days of your initial request based on specific information provided by User. When User hires Airlines Pet Policy, a pet travel consultant will handle User's pet transportation, creating a documented travel plan based on the destination, transportation needs, pet breed and needs, and other factors. Before, during, and after the move, relocation, or travel, an Airlines Pet Policy agent will be ready to answer questions and address any of the User's concerns.
Use of Services:
- You warrant that you are at least 18 years old as a requirement of using the Services.
- To enter into this Agreement and use the Services, you must have legal authority.
- You agree to abide by these Terms when using the Services.
- You will only use the Services to make genuine reservations for yourself or someone else for whom you have legal authority.
- You will advise such other persons of the Terms that apply to any reservations You have made on their behalf, as well as any regulations and restrictions that may apply.
- You represent and warrant that any information you provide to the Services is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- If you have an Airlines Pet Policy account, you agree to keep your account details secure and to oversee and be fully responsible for any use of your account by you or anyone else.
You accept that you are solely responsible for any information you share with Airlines Pet Policy by using the Services, including any goods or services that permit the transfer of Content to or from third-party sites.
You may only use the Services as intended through the Services' given functionality and as permitted by this Agreement.
Without the prior written permission of Airlines Pet Policy, copying, transmitting, duplicating, replicating, posting, or redistributing (a) Content or any portion thereof and/or (b) The Services in general is strictly forbidden. Please send your request to the following address:
Customer Service
Airlines Pet Policy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse anybody access to the Services We provide at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violating these Terms.
User Agreement:
To become an Airlines Pet Policy User, you must first sign this Agreement, which contains important travel and pet information as well as a liability disclaimer.
Cancellation of Pet Transport Service:
If you cancel within 24 hours after hiring Airlines Pet Policy, you will be charged the professional basic consultation cost or service charges. If the third-party regulations allow for sch reimbursements, all other third-party fees that have not been used will be fully returned. Should unforeseen circumstances prohibit your pet from moving, the base consultation cost can be used within a six-month time frame.
Non-Payment:
If payment arrangements are required, Airlines Pet Policy will work with Users to establish them. In the event that User fails to pay for services, we reserve the right to work with an outside collection agency if necessary.
Your Pet’s Welfare during Travel:
All animals must be able to stand, sit, and turn around freely in their carriers, according to the USDA. Food and water cups must also be attached. Airlines Pet Policy retains the authority to make changes to carriers that do not satisfy USDA and airline requirements. Users will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the needed changes. Weather or airline technical issues may cause your pet's flight to be delayed. Any costs associated with delays, such as kennel boarding and transportation to/from the airport., are the responsibility of the users.
